• With other users: your public profile, listings, and reviews are visible to all MesoMarket users.
• With service providers: we use Supabase for database and authentication services. These providers process data only on our behalf and under strict confidentiality agreements.
• When required by law: in response to a valid legal request, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
