3. Your Account

4. Listings

When you post a listing on MesoMarket, you agree that:

5. Prohibited Items and Conduct

You may not use MesoMarket to list, sell, or facilitate:

6. Transactions

MesoMarket is a venue — we do not directly facilitate payments, hold funds, or guarantee any transaction. All sales are between the buyer and seller directly. You agree to:

• Deal honestly and in good faith with other users.
• Resolve disputes directly with the other party first.
• Report fraudulent activity to us at support@mesomarket.com.

7. Trade Reviews

Users may leave reviews after completing a trade. Reviews must be honest and based on your actual experience. You may not post fake, incentivized, or retaliatory reviews. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these standards.

8. Intellectual Property

MesoMarket and its content (logos, design, code) are owned by us and protected by copyright law. By posting listings or content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform.

9. Disclaimers

MesoMarket is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the conduct of users, or the outcome of any transaction. Use the platform at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MesoMarket and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses from transactions gone wrong.

11. Termination

We may suspend or permanently ban your account for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time.
